This group started on Facebook, with a lot of like-minded crafty community members. It includes a network of connected community members creating masks and other personal protective equipment to DONATE to frontline/essential workers on Whidbey Island. Those who are local and want to make some for personal use or just follow the group are welcome. All masks are donated FREE of charge directly to facilities.
We are working directly with facilities and essential businesses in need to provide free non-medical, 2 layers 100% cotton cloth masks and N95 covers because some sort of mask is better than no mask right now.
