One of the fastest ways to get in contact with someone is to join our Facebook Group Whidbey Personal Protective DIYers.
Currently, we are not taking off-island requests, we are trying to fulfill local requests first. All of our masks are free of charge for essential businesses and community resource groups.
For other businesses and individuals, we have been having distribution events (and appointments for SW) that are ‘Pay what you can’ by cash donation. There is an individual limit of 2 per person present, but no one is turned away.
We also have provided masks to Island Senior Resources, North Whidbey Help House, Good Cheer, Whidbey Homeless Coalition, Readiness to Learn, and other local community resources to distribute to those in need.
